Any information or experiences about living in Indiana?

My husband is looking around at his potential relocation and one of the

considerations is South Bend, Indiana. He likes it cause it's only a few

hours from his parents so we could visit more often, but not so close that

we have to be there a lot, lol.

Anyway I'm trying to find out what life is like for a kid with special

needs in Indiana. Are there a lot of services? Is there an Insurance

program for lower income families or for kids with special medical needs?

Any information you can share or direct me to would be very much

appreciated.
