Guest guest
Great news about Phil's check-up. I hope things continue to go well and that he can manage to drop a few pounds. It will make the tx surgery easier for the surgeons and for Phil. THat quick flash of feeling like you've wet yourself after or as they inject the contrast media for the CT scan is quite amazing. Because you are lying on the table with your arms above your head you can't even check to make sure! The second or third and subsequent times you have the test, the sensation is not as strong. My heart goes out to Luanne and Tyler. It's tough being so unwell, but seeing your child going through it must be real hell. Hopefully he can keep his spleen. If he's up to it, just as a precaution, he should have the pneumovax vaccine now, if he hasn't had it. YOu can't have it after your spleen is removed. And you really will need in that situation.
