Guest guest Posted May 24, 2012 Report Share Posted May 24, 2012 I've been looking into biofeedback and my therapist has found someone she think would be a good try, but I'm a little nervous about it and I hoped I could ask a few questions of those who have tried it... How many sessions until you see results or how many sessions does it normally take to feel 'normal'? How do they trigger you - is it through questions or pictures? How personal do the questions get? Is it emotional at all? I have bad anxiety as well, so I guess they'd be looking at that too. Has anyone found help for both? I really appreciate any and all feedback.
