Hi, I have heard lecithin is great for nerves/brain and nerve repair as well.

If you don't want anything to do with soy I found a source that derives its

lecithin from sunflower seeds. Here is a link to raw lecithin butter that seems

pretty decent.

Their maybe others as well, but if its in a raw food state....probably couldn't
