I am so very thankful that you shared this book with me. I ordered it online

for $11, and thought " it's worth a try. " I am so very glad I did this. I just

wanted you to know how thankful I am for your post. I have been trying and

trying to accomplish all of the health concerns this book covers. I really

believe that this book is helping to make positive life changes for me and my

family. My EN is doing so much better, I have more energy, I have begun to lose

weight, and overall I feel motivated to change.

Just a note: I bought the revised edition that came out in 2012, not sure how

much of a difference it makes.
