Guest guest
No doubt about that, as a salaried (non-hourly) employee. I used to work in BMT and know how much it could be work intensive. We are 3 TFCs who were invited to submit a proposal to administration to telecommute a couple of days in the week. We would of course be available for our evals, Fulminant Hepatic Failures and all the unavoidable cases. Hmm, I wonder what would the implications be on the Organ Acquisition and use of space, etc…Is anyone already doing it? We were thinking about guidelines someone may have. Guest guest
Here at Children’s, we are afforded one day per work week from home. The Solid Organ TFC WFH day is Friday’s; and, the BMT FC WFH day is on Monday’s. Thanks!
