I have been wanting to develop something, as well, but just have not been able to yet. My plan was to use the Transplant Financial Information letter that is on the resource CD and change it up, but if someone already has something, I would also love a copy!!! Thanks! M. I send out a letter at the end of the year with the pre-nurse's letter simply asking them to send in copies of their new insurance cards for the year along with their Rx cards. It's very generic and simple I get about a third to half of our patient's respond to it.
