Hopefully that will help reach resolution. I have been told in the past that since Medicare is primary and LifeSource not involved and our hospital is contracted with CIGNA for medical care then we should be okay. I lose track!) that when Medicare is primary, Lifesource participation is not required. Secondary claims should go directly to CIGNA. No case management at all when Medicare is prime which is wonderful.
