I

know I have read posts on here in the past regarding how difficult it can be to

work with Anthem BCBS. I have been trying to get kidney transplant

benefits for a new patient referral for two weeks now with no luck. I

call, I leave a message, someone calls me back and says it should be the end of

today or tomorrow. I don’t hear back from them and end up repeating

the same thing again. I’ve talked with a supervisor and have even

gone as far as leaving a message with a district manager who didn’t call

me back. The patient also notified her employer’s HR department of

the situation.

Anyone

have any other suggestions I might try?
