You need to stopp taking ANY med that contains T4 then take enough T3 to

supress your OWN production of T4 thus your body will not have T4 to

make more RT3 from. On my last blood labs my Free T4 was.26 which I do

nto think you can get it totally gone.

If already on Synthroid I would stay on it till you get the adrenals

functioning better, then slowly switch to T3.
