Medicare and End of 30 Month Coordination Period

Hey everyone!!

I have a scenario I'm not sure what to do about.

We have a patient that is now past their 30 month Coordination Period. They have

Part A only. Their insurance is still paying full for dialysis treatment, but is

this a mistake? Or because he has part A (and Medicare should be primary now)

will his insurance not consider themselves secondary payer?

I hope that makes sense. I'm not sure how to advise this patient.

Thanks,
