Obtaining Valycte for our patient

I have a patient who needs Valcyte. I requested assistance through Genentech

and was denied because our patient has Medicare part D plan but the cost is

$975.20 per month for the medication. Genentech told me to get a denial from

Healthwell Foundation or Patient Access or Chronic Disease Funding. I checked

all three websites and they only cover Kidney Transplant Immunotherapy (which

Valcyte is not an Immuno).

Any suggestions about what to do next? Thanks.
