Guest guest
I also was not thinking negatively as a child. This isolated me from the people I loved most, making dinnertime, my favorite time of the day, miserable. Yes, it seemed to come out of no where. Missy It's not just a manifesto on of negative Thinking. You are completely wrong. This disorder springs up out of no where. I was not thinking negatively when I was 9 years old thank you very much. Guest guest
I have noticed this Misophonia and fight or flight go hand in hand, and I appreciate this subtle form of that condition manifesting itself here in this group.I can see what the therapist I have been going to has been trying to describe as I keep pushing him for the silver bullet, the silver bullet is an integration of thinking, adjustment, attitude and applying any or all medical procedures that may work for our own unique neurological and genetic identity. There are layers of behavioral challenges that can become murky for me when I become anxious for a quick fix. There probably will be a quick fix at some point as more research is done.... But not now. Positive can be a condition of progress and progress doesn't mean anything is fixed. On a personal note , knowing and understanding,,, something I did not have at a younger age when I abused myself with any and all forms of self medication.. Or at age 10 when I could not stand to be in my own skin.. Is progress and that is positive.Sent from my iPad3)
