Medicare A&B primary / CIGNA PPO retirement plan secondary

As I cannot get an answer from CIGNA turning to my fellow

TFCs – we have a gentleman who has Medicare A & B and CIGNA PPO plan secondary

(from his retirement package). We are not a CIGNA LifeSource center – will

CIGNA pay as secondary?
