At this pont we can be guaranteed no discipline of anything is truely trained to treat misophonia since its not yet recoginzed as a condition and has not yet been researched. In any event, Biofeedback teaches you how to self regulate your breath, pulse and body temp. You activity work to keep those things under control. Nuerofeedback trains your brain while you passively watch a movie or an image on a screen. Please read past posts regarding NFB. Good luck,HeidiSent from my iPhoneReal Results. Real science. So....I found out that the health and wellness clinic at Washington State University, where I go to school offers biofeedback...and it is free for me. But, what exactly am I looking for? Is that the same as neurofeedback? Do they have to be specially trained to treat misophonia? I want to get some help badly....and free sounds like a great option! I guess it can't hurt to try it right? Any info/advice would be great.

Thanks
