Hi ,

If you become a TFCA member, one of the

perks is you get a wonderful resource guide that has a ton of insurance intake

forms available, along with other resources specifically for our jobs as TFC’s.

Just an FYI. Totally worth the membership and your center should provide

funding for the cost of membership also.
