Pancreas Procurement Bill

Our surgeon procured a pancreas for use at our center back in September. I was told our OPO does not include procurement fees in our acquisition bill. So, the surgeon is billing

the tx center for the procurement (CPT: 48550). Is this paid at the Medicare rate as a pre-tx charge to go on the cost report? I couldn’t find a Medicare rate for this code. Or is just paid in full?

I’m having trouble finding a Medicare rate for 48550 (Donor Pancreatectomy). Does anyone know where I can find that information or what the rate should be?
