DLI after MDS ALLO Medicare patient

Hello!

We have transplanted a patient with MDS and Medicare on the CIBMTR study. Our

docs would now like to give this patient a DLI for failure to engraft.

Are there any other centers out there who have had to do this? AND does

Medicare pay for this?

I could not see that the study/Medicare covers DLI for diagnosis of MDS after

Allo.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!!
