The shell will melt once you put it in (or at least mine did). Just

use your finger and push it up high once you are laying down in bed at

night.

When I used prometrium, the next morning when I used the restroom oil

and the shell residue would drip out. I could never figure out how

much I was absorbing because of the leakage. I got my pregnancy line

when I was experimenting with prometrium.

If you get excess symptoms from the prometrium, you could always just

use part of it by squirting out the oil inside and dividing. It would

be harder to insert high up next to the cervix if you just tried with

the oil inside on the tip of your finger. I like cyclogest better

because it is easier to divide and insert.
