30 Month Coordination Period

So I have an odd scenario, hoping you all can help-

We have a patient that started dialysis in August 2010 her values were so good

that she stopped dialysis in February of 2012. Her and I are wondering what this

means for her 30th coordination period??

I just don't want to offer her the wrong advice. She wishes to put off signing

up for Medicare until the end of her coordination period or transplant which

ever were to come first.
