Hello...

Well, I am not trying to lose fast...but there are weeks when I lose

more than others. I know that will change as time goes on. I

seem to be making good choices that are very filling and aren't

making my points. I am also finding that since I met , I don't

turn to food for comfort and so when things are happening, I am

not thinking of food anymore. Of course, that's because I'm so

happy. I know the real test comes when I'm really sad or

depressed. I've gone through stressful times, and with 's

support and my own new outlook...I am making it fine. Hopefully

I'm finally learning to face up to things and not hide behind the

comfort of food (which ultimately didn't comfort me at all when I

couldn't fit into anything or walk up the stairs).

But...as a result, right now...I made my first 10% with a total loss

of 36 lbs.
