Medicare coverage

Hi Folks,

Post liver transplant patient I am being asked about

coverage for a Ferraheme IV infusion. She is Medicare prime. I

think this is a fairly new drug and very expensive. I cannot seem to get

any answers and am wondering if anyone out there is familiar with this and

would know if Medicare would cover this?
