Timely Filing for Living Donor Harvest -

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what the timely filing limit is for billing Medicare for the donor Harvest?

Also, if the recipient has other insurance primary, I assume that it goes by that insurance timely filing guideline – but if that were missed and the recipient had Medicare secondary, could we bill Medicare?
