Hi all – We’re researching the coverage and benefits for BMT in the various states as part of a health policy paper and project. We’ll be happy to share this information with the group when it’s finished. We have been unable to locate any detailed information on what Rhode Island and New Hampshire cover for BMT – we’re looking for covered indications (ICD codes), any restrictions on dollar amounts or specific coverage components (donor costs).
