Thanks for keeping us updated. What were the tests you did this week? And how

long are the NFB sessions going to be? 8 per week sounds like a lot. I'm

interested to learn, as more people try this, if progress is related to just the

number of sessions or if the elapsed time also contributes. I.e. does the brain

need time to make the adjustments in addition to time spent doing the sessions?

am paying for a block of 60 visits, so should have that under my belt in 2

months.

I'm excited for you, Mike. Your doctor sounds incredibly thorough with the

testing and evaluation.

I'm on session 31, but there's been no change in my sensory symptoms, yet. I'm

sporadically sleeping better, though. That seems to be a common first sign of

improvement, so I'm hopeful.

My progress is hindered by a severe brain injury. I was a crash test dummy on a

bicycle :) Also, my provider requires 4 hours between sessions, so I'm only

doing one 40-minute session per day, five days a week. Each provider seems to

vary in their methods.

Looking forward to hearing about your progress, especially since you also have a

brain injury.

Your fellow guinea pig,

Colleen
