Eculizumab for Antibody Mediated Rejection

Hello Group –

Does anyone out there have experience with Medicare covering rejection with Eculizumab (Sorilis)?

Our patient is inpatient – re-admit post renal tx. Medicare primary with a traditional supplement. He will receive this treatment as part of his inpatient stay. This is off label use of this medication.
