Medicare secondary

Hello... Fellow Financial Coordinators, I have a patient who has Aetna primary and Medicare secondary. Because we are not an institute of excellence for pancreas with Aetna, the pt. will have an out-of-pocket of 10k. Will Medicare pay anything towards pt's Aetna 10k out-of-pocket being that services were rendered at a non-par facility?
