Can someone please clarify, does Part B reimburse the donor surgeon 100% of Medicare rate, or is the donor surgeon simply not allowed to collect the co-insurance? Guest guest
Hi, So this would hold true in a paired exchange as well? I have been told that a recipient would be balance billed after Medicare for the living donor harvest in a paired exchange because the harvesting facility does not participate with the medicare supplemental plan.
