Hello and Happy Friday (the 13th!) We are really frustrated with the lack of customer service from

Careplus, in particular with their unwillingness to bill secondary to Medicare where crossover claim is not or cannot be set up. I’m looking for recommendations of national mail order services who can bill Part B and will bill a secondary as well. Please

share your recommendations. I found modernhealthinc.com through the Transplant Buddies forum. Does anyone know them? Many thanks for any input

We love Amber Pharmacy.  They not only ship the meds overnight when we need to discharge, they give the patients a pill box, BP monitor, and other items as part of their welcome package.  Their insurance verification department is excellent.
