Anyone know of any assistance out there for this patient? I don’t do BMT so I wanted to go to the experts? Guest guest Posted July 13, 2012 Report Share Posted July 13, 2012 Our docs have allowed the use of the generic tacrolimus, but there is patient assistance for prograf or at least there was because I signed a patient in the same situation up. He had BCBS Medicare Advantage. I checked needymeds.org and they are still showing a prograf program for patients with Part D. We did have to get the doctor to draft a letter because of the diagnosis, but again that was probably three years ago.
