How do other centers cover the cost of a living donor’s pain meds post surgery? Can it go to OACC since it’s part of his/her recovery?

We have an outpatient pharmacy(retail) in our facility. We pay for discharge pain meds for the donor and cost report it as part of the donor’s treatment.
