Dermatology clearance

I just had an insurance company case manager ask for a dermatology clearance on a prior auth. We do not do something like this on a routine basis unless there is some indication for it (e.g. previous history of cancerous skin lesions, pt currently on immunosuppressants). I would like to know if there are any other centers that do a routine dermatology clearance on all pre-transplant recipients. Thanks for the help.
