Non CMS and Medicare secondary

Hi everyone,In a non CMS certified center: If a patient has Medicare as their secondary insurance and the primary insurance does not authorize the transplant, will Medicare pay for any of the post transplant care if the primary has not approved the transplant? (I do know if the patient has Medicare as their primary, they will pay for all post transplant care after the patient is discharged from the hospital following the transplant.)Thanks for your insight!
