Hello all, who is responsible for copays and coinsurance for living kidney donors when the recipient is a Medicare Advantage member? Do we waive those even though we can’t count the kidney on the cost report, or do we bill them to the recipient? Appreciate any guidance!

Hi ,

We cost report them because the recipient is entitled to Medicare. I am interested in hearing what other centers do –
