I have a patient scheduled for a transplant but is not on dialysis. The primary insurance is Anthem Blue Cross and the patient will receive Medicare in January due to age. If the patient transplant with Anthem Blue Cross as primary, once

Medicare is primary in January will Medicare cover the Immunosuppressant even if Medicare was not primary at the time of transplant?
