July 1 since the tx entitlement will supersede the dialysis entitlement. Just make sure there is a new supplemental 2728 filed to show the tx taking place. Hi ,

I believe that if you sent an updated

2728 form to SSA with the transplant date she should be eligible for Medicare

the first of the month that she received the transplant. Bill, can you confirm

or have any comments?
