Failed transplant during month 2 of Renal Medicare qualifying period

Our patient began in-center dialysis in June, was transplanted in July, transplant failed in July. Is she still eligible effective July 1, or must she wait until Sept 1 which would have been the first day of eligibility had she not had a transplant? Thanks for any guidance!
