Dietitian's Time and Billing

Does anyone have a dietitian that see pre-kidney patients as part of the evaluation and bills the transplant program for their time (like a physician would)? Or do all dietitians just report the time they spend in transplant (assuming

they have other responsibilities outside of transplant) to be included on the cost report?
