Not so much.

I had to stop taking St 's Wort since it increased my already overly

extended sleep pattern of 12-16 hours every day and night.

I took it years ago for mild depression/SAD. It did help, but my dosage was less

than 300mg twice a day. Any more than that and my Restless Legs would start up.

Also, just like other seritonin tweaking meds, I never took my last dose after

3pm. Messed with my sleep. This was at least 15 years ago, and before I got

sick.
