Guest guest
Not so much. I had to stop taking St 's Wort since it increased my already overly extended sleep pattern of 12-16 hours every day and night. toni cf-alliance.tripod.com from iPodTouch > Has anyone in the group found St s Wort helpful with feeling less blue (sad)? > TYVM > PJ
Guest guest
I took it years ago for mild depression/SAD. It did help, but my dosage was less than 300mg twice a day. Any more than that and my Restless Legs would start up. Also, just like other seritonin tweaking meds, I never took my last dose after 3pm. Messed with my sleep. This was at least 15 years ago, and before I got sick. > > > Has anyone in the group found St s Wort helpful with feeling less blue (sad)? > > TYVM > > PJ >
