Guest guest
Anything that can reduce anxiety or depression can be helpful in being better able to handle trigger noises. Many times people do not realize that "SAD" might be contributing to their depression or anxiety (in addition to 4S), so this is a good idea to throw out there as something to consider. My psychiatrist recommended the "Go Light." I've been using it for the past month, and it hasn't reduced my 4s symptoms specifically, but it has decreased my overall anxiety/depression which has made everything in my life more tolerable.Just a thought.DorothySent from my iPhone

Guest guest
Hi. Does anyone know what the best brand of light is for light therapy that alleviates seasonal blahs and illness-induced depression? There are so many on the market. I want a light that works really well. Would love to change lighting in my bedroom, too. Unsure if light therapy comes in regular bulbs. Thanks for helping. Guest guest
Lori, I have an Apollo Sun Touch light box. I have had it probably 10 years. I see via Amazon.com they are called NatureBright SunTouch. Cheaper than I paid for them too! http://www.amazon.com/NatureBright-SunTouch-Plus-Light-Therapy/dp/B000W8Y7FY There are several models out there, and mine is like the one above. They have smaller, more portable ones, too. > > Hi.
