Thanks Doreen for info that agave is a diuretic too. not sure what you mean that

stevia has alcohol or chemicals?

The problem I have with Agave is it's diuretic. That's another thing to be sure

and research, and not go scrambling for the information 'after' the problems

hit, like I did. Stevia is a problem for me, too, though, because it either has

natural flavors, alcohol, or both. So does Truvia, etc. (Or they are chemcials).

Every time I read the ingredients on a bottle or box of Stevia - depending on

whether it is liquid or powder - it always includes natural flavors, alcohol,

and/ or chemical preservatives of one kind or another. All of those things keep

me from being able to use the actual Stevia itself.
