Can anyone tell me how Myalgic Encephalomyelitis is pronounced and how you

remember the spelling? Thanks.

I stuggled wth that one too. I tend to break it down into parts. Ensefa lo

myelitis. Not sure if I am right, but nobody knows what I am talking about

anyway, so screw ups are OK. Some of it was a bit easier, I think, with my

limited medical background. I'm just glad I finally remembered how to spell it.

Now that was an overcoming of my limited brain!
