Guest guest
Hi, I've just read three books lately, The Yeast Connection and the Woman by Wm Crook, MD, The Complete Candida Yeast Guidebook, by Jeanne , and Candida-Related Complex by Winderlin. From these readings I think I am getting that I probably should not be taking 2 capsules of the Acidophilus everyday. I guess I was kind of doing it as a preventive, but the books pretty much say to only take them when you are on antibiotics. I've been taking 2 a day for a year now and I guess after reading this I think I should stop taking them. Anyone out there that knows something about this: Should we only use them while on antibiotics? mailto:marie@...
