Guest guest
Hey -- Thanks for the head's up! Really glad I can't (still!!) take the dog to the park due to the damn shoulder. (No confidence in my ability to hang on to himself). Going to look up/ research what's good for anti ticks-fleas-bugs which will not be worse for me (than a bite). Those damn chemicals, you know; not always Better Living Through Chemistry. Guest guest
Hi Jane, I have read that Geranium essential oil diluted in alcohol and sprayed on the skin and clothing works well to keep ticks away. It also smells good to me, but evidently not to ticks:-)) I recently read that Cistus Tea, if you drink it several times a day is not only antioxidant but keeps the ticks from biting, they don't like it. However when I looked online it was $52 for 8oz which is quite expensive tea. I haven't tried either one, - would like to try the Cistus Incanus (Rockrose) if I could find it at a more reasonable price and I did buy the Geranium EO to try the spray. Peace, Love and Harmony, Bev > > > > Worst Summer Yet for Lyme Disease? > > > > http://www.medpagetoday.com/InfectiousDisease/GeneralInfectiousDisease/33337?utm\ _content= & utm_medium=email & utm_campaign=DailyHeadlines & utm_source=WC & eun=g212758\ d0r & userid=212758 & email=jazztune%40hotmail.com & mu_id=5208123 > > >
