Guest guest
One thing you can do to help your liver is take Milk Thistle. It is an herb that as far as I know has no known side effects, but do your own research. You may also see it listed as Silymarin, the active ingredient. It has been used on Europe to reverse and save people from certain mushroom poisonings! Here's one quick reference: http://altmedicine.about.com/cs/herbsvitaminsad/a/Milk_Thistle.htm The liver is the most regenerative organ in your body, but we tax it with the drugs we take and in many other ways.
