Guest guest
Dr. JM and , Thanks so much for your thoughtful replies. I will not do another high dose for 6 months and will start the maintenance dose. I will ask my DAN about actos. Thanks, > : I must agree with - though I think it probably would be safe with such a high titer, the last thing we want is for one of our kids to get a liver problem from any of our therapies. Dr. Baker and I both feel this is very much within the range of safety, but as it does store, we wouldn't know if another large dose might reach a toxic level. Unfortunately there is no good test for Vitamin A or Vitamin B12 in the blood as it goes into so many compartments that we never know exactly what we are measuring. What I would do if I were you would be to give your child 5 drops every morning of Klaire's mycelized Vitamin A and this could be in addition to her CLO up to 5000iu daily, and make sure all measures against gut inflammation are considered, such as Actos, enzymes and probiotics, and a good diet that does not give her foods to which she has a reaction. Safety has to come first always. Best wishes, Dr. JM > > john leon wrote: Why would you not follow the protocol listed on this forum the other day > that Dr McCandless uses?
