Aspartame is notorious for headaches, other ailments. My doc wants me eating

only whole, unprocessed foods. It is difficult, but I do my best, and I think it

makes a difference. I have a friend who gets Horrible migraines when she does

aspartame. I stick with Stevia or Xylitol.

When I was done, he looked shocked. He asked me 'why are all of your foods

processed and artificially sweetened? This may be contributing to your dizziness

and brain fog'.

keeping my weight down.

sweetened foods??
