topical hormone application

I'm about to switch from using estradiol sublingually (SHBG WAY

too high) to a topical application -- and will be adding topical

testosterone as well. For those of you who use this method,

i need a refresher course in where it's best to apply the

two different hormones. I know that T should only go where

i don't mind hair growth, but i can't remember the best sites

for the E2.

I apply E gel to my fat parts and T gel to outer upper arms or upper chest

or lower back. I've not had any extra or weird hair growth in those areas

since I started BHRT 3-ish years ago.
