It is ILLEGAL for a doctor to even ASK for you to pay 20% of the cash price. I hope that you can find an office willing to help (I know how difficult that can be)*.* Steve M in PA i went thru hell to get my records to this doctor and they told me the doctor will not write any rx for me the first visit is a consultation 380.00 i would have to pay 20 percent then he would schludule another appt for a epidural i am not going to him, back to square one looking for another pain doctor which takes 2-3 weeks to get a appt netty Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
