Guest guest
Hi Christa, Nora, et al... Ok, so i've been trying some different green drinks. the first i tried was Garden of Life Perfect Food. It was dreadful, thick, grainy, but i made my way through the bottle. Then I tried HealthForce Nutritionals Vitamineral Green. Much better, you can mix it eough that it is not too grainy. Requires 1-2 tablespoons per day in water. That tasted better actually. So I finally was able to get the Alkalive in the mail...that one only requires 1 teaspoon in a LITER of water. Its actually much more palatable and " lighter " not so thick and grainy like the Perfect Food formula. Can anyone explain why the formula calls for such a small dose (1 teaspoon) compared to the other 2 that require heapping tablespoons? It does say 3-4x/day... but still seems a smaller dose... ps. i found a great little hand mixer, battery opperated (ok, bad for environment) but really mixes these things well so they're not so grainy.
